The company was incorporated in the year 1991 and set up its manufacturing facility at Bahadurgarh (Haryana) in 1992. Along the way, a need was felt to expand the manufacturing facilities to meet the growing demands of its products and therefore a second industrial unit was established at Battal Ballian, Udhampur (Jammu and Kashmir) in the year 2004 furnished with state of the art machinery and testing equipments.
